With extended experience in restaurants, hotels and 8 years on cruise ships, Beatrice has acquired human and professional expertise travelling around the world, working and living with various different nationalities, and holding senior management positions in F&B operations and Hotel operations.
Beatrice has a passion in F&B and Hotel Operations. And the experience of the floor.
And after opening many ships, building many great teams and developping leaders, she has chosen to stop her career in operations to dedicate herself at servicing great companies in sourcing and building the team leaders of tomorrow.
